Twitter book club is a go
Posted: February 5th, 2009 | Author: ljn | Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: book club, Twitter | 5 Comments »So folks, I got good feedback about the proposed Twitter book club.
Here are the general rules:
- You have until Sunday (2/8) to nominate a book for us to read. Comment here or go to the Contact page to find a plethora of ways to get in touch with me.
- No Twilight, Harry Potter, Danielle Steele, etc. I reserve the right to reject a book on these grounds.
- The number of books submitted will determine the selection process for the first go around. After the selection everyone has three weeks to read.
- Twitter your thoughts on any books before, during, and after reading it. Just don’t give away spoilers before the 3 weeks are up.
- When you Twitter about anything book club related just add #Tbookclub somewhere in your tweet.
- Anyone is free to join at any point.
More information to follow. If all goes well I’ll set this puppy up on it’s own domain. But for now, lljn.org will be your stop for all Twitter book club related news.
Catch me on twitter @leifnordberg.

@Cait Wally Lamb, awesome. I’ve met him a couple times – my mom is friends with him.
