Yet another cider

For those that don’t know: I practice all-grain homebrewing with my roommate Pat. I also mix things up by making hard cider betwixt brewing batches of beer.

I’m reaching out to you because I need some recommendations on what I should add to the cider that just finished fermenting. Think creatively, but think about something that will pair well with apples.

What I’ve added before:

• Nothing
• Apple concentrate and white grape concentrate
• Cranberries
• Cinnamon
• Ginger
• Clove
• Various combination of the previous three

Ideas I’ve been entertaining this time around:

• Steep in green tea
• Dry hop it or add a hop tea mixture
